# Overview

The T5-IDencode is a Linux 64-bit back-end server designed to generate cryptographs for digital ID issuance. The server has REST API interfaces and encrypts received data into secured cryptograph, which can be read with T5-IDencode mobile SDK only. The back-and server features include:

Face biometric template extraction
Fingerprints biometric templates extraction
Image smart compression and/or conversion to and from compact representation
Decode of cryptographs allowing proper access to face and/or finger templates
Flexible choosing of the cryptograph parameters: size, volume, shape, error correction level, adding a title to the cryptograph
Encoding any binary data “as is”.
No need to store any person data after generation of the cryptograph
Easy customization of the pipelines of data processing using in JSON parameters
Support for CPU processing
